By car:
Leave the M6 at Junction 29 and onto the M65. Leave the M65 at Junction 10 and follow signs for Towneley Hall. This road eventually goes past the ground.
By rail:
It's a good 15 minute walk from the station to the ground.
Make sure you ignore the 'Burnley Barracks' station and get off at Burnley Central.
Trouble Factor:
Much better than it used to be. However, Police advise not displaying colours aorund the town, either on your body or in your car.

There is a car park designated for away fans at the cricket ground, by the ground. Otherwise, street parking.
Pubs:
Pubs around the ground do not welcome away fans. Some futher away from the ground do, however, police advice is to drink outside Burnley.
Alternatively beer is available in the ground.
Food:
Usual selection of hot food stalls around the ground. A chip shop in Ridge Road is good value, but the queues can become enormous.
