By car:
From the West (A47): At roundabout on the junction with roads to Ringland and Eastern Marlingford, go straight on (s/p Norwich E, Great Yarmouth A47). The 447 then becomes the Norwich Southern bypass. Stay on A47 for 10 miles, exiting at s/p Lowestoft A146, Trowse (also football ground). At lights turn left (s/p Norwich A146). At T-junction after 0.7 miles, turn right (s/p Ring Road, City Centre A1045). At roundabout after 0.3 miles take 1st exit for County Hall car park, 2nd exit (s/p Ring Road, City Centre) for ground. To ground: keep in RH lane and after 0.2 miles turn right (s/p Ring Road A47) into King Street. After 0.2 miles road bends to right (s/p Ring Road A47), over the river, straight on at lights and ground is on the right hand side after 0.1 miles.
From the South (A11): Keep on through Wymondham and at roundabout follow signs for Norwich E, Great Yarmouth onto the A47. After 4.1 miles exit the A47 (s/p Lowestoft A146, Trowse). Then as From West.
By rail:
From the Railway station it is a ten minute walk. Head across car park to main road by Sasse's Restaurant. Turn sharp left along Riverside, keeping river on your right hand side. At lights turn left into Carrow Road.
By bus:
Buses are frequent, use services 12 and 14 (city centre to Thorpe-St-Andrew).
Trouble Factor:
Unless you're an Ipswich fan you will struggle to find any trouble here. The Norwich fans tend to be among the best-behaved and friendliest we have met. Tough they don't like intruders in home sections of the ground.

Car Parking:
Generally good, with several choices The easiest available parking is at County Hall, which most travelling fans will pass on their way to Carrow Road.
There is also a car park off Riverside but the club recommend away fans park with the away coaches in lower Clarence Road.
Pubs:
The Coach and Horses on Thorpe Road, is our favourite. It's a Free House with it's own brewery and guest beers. Trouble is this one is popular with everyone. If it's busy when you arrive then you could also try: The Jubilee on St Leonard's Road, The Rosary Tavern on Rosary Road or The Clarence Harbour on Carrow Road.
Food:
In the ground it's the usual selection of pies, pasties and burgers all of average quality.
Just over the road from the south stand is a chip shop (very busy). There are the usual selection of pizza restaurants and KFC outlets as you move further away from the ground.
