Car Parking: It's all street parking, and car crime can be a problem. One of the best areas for parking is towards East Ham High Street, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the ground. Or try roads to the south of the Barking Road, such as those off Central Park Road. A better idea, especially for those travelling from the north, is to park at Upminster tube station, the terminus of the District Line, and take the underground from there to Upton Park.
Pubs: A small number of visiting fans, provided they have membership cards of their own supporters' club, can be accomodated in the West Ham Supporters' Club in Castle Street - small entrance fee. There are several pubs within walking distance that still make away fans welcome.
