By car:
From Junction 24 Of The M1: Exit Junction 24 of the M1. Follow the signs for Nottingham on the A453, continuing through Clifton, passing the Trent University on your left-hand side. At the next set of traffic lights, continue straight over and follow the signs for West Bridgford (B679). Continue for two miles, at the junction turn left onto the A60. Continue over Trent Bridge and take the first right turn at the lights into Cattle Market Road, Meadow Lane is on your right-hand side. From Junction 26 Of The M1: Exit Junction 26 of the M1 and follow the A610 to Nottingham. When you come to the traffic lights at the roundabout take the 3rd exit. Continue through two sets of traffic lights and at the next roundabout go straight on (the Gateway Hotel is on your left). Go through a further 5 traffic lights and at the main junction (Trade Kitchens on your right) turn right onto the main ring road and follow the signs for football traffic. Once you go past the Forest Ground on your left, carry on over Lady Bay Bridge and turn left at the bottom onto Meadow Lane. Carry straight on and the ground is in front of you.
By rail:
Nottingham Midland Railway Station is situated in the town centre, less than a mile from the ground. It is a relatively uncomplicated 5 minute walk to meadow Lane. You should leave the railway station by the main entrance/exit and turn to your left. At the corner of the station turn left again into Queens Road and follow this to the T-junction with London Road. Cross London Road at theses lights and turn right alonf London Road. Heading towards the river there is a canal down on the left hand side. At the next set of traffic lights turn left and the ground is right in front of you.
Trouble Factor:
A very safe ground with the Magpies hatered seemingly reserved for the boys in red just across the river.
