Bournemouth

By car:
From North and East (M3/M27): Exit M3 onto M27 (s/p M27 West, Southampton Docks, Bournemouth). Follow signs for M27 West. The M27 becomes the A31. At the Ashley Heath roundabout (23.2 miles from M3 turn-off), turn left onto the A338 (s/p Bournemouth, International Airport, Christchurch). After 7.7 miles, exit A338 (s/p Boscombe A3049, and then King's Park, Littledown). At roundabout turn left into Littledown Avenue and then immediately first right into Thistlebarrow Road.
From West (junction of A350 with A35): At roundabout take 1 st exit (s/p Poole A35, Bournemouth A3049). Follow signs for Bournemouth A3049 over a series of roundabouts for 7.0 miles. At the University roundabout the signposts change - go straight across (s/p Bournemouth town centre A3049, A347). Straight across Boundary roundabout (s/p Town Centre A347, Boscombe A3049). At next roundabout, turn left (1 st exit, s/p Boscombe A3049) into Talbot Road. Straight on at lights into Alma Road, and onto the next into Richmond Park Road. 2nd exit at mini-roundabout (no s/p) which leads almost immediately to the Springbourne roundabout. Go straight across (s/p Boscombe A3049), and left at large roundabout into Hojdenhurst Road. Straight across lights (by the Queen's Park pub) and across roundabout into Littledown Road. First right into Thistlebarrow Road. Alternatively, continue on the A13, turning south onto the A338. Then as From North and East.

By rail:
From Railway Station (Bournemouth Central): About 1.5 miles. Walk to main road, turn left. Take 2nd exit at roundabout (by Casa Pepe restaurant). Straight on for about a mile, over one roundabout and through the traffic lights by Queen's Park pub. Straight across roundabout into Littledown Road, and first right into Thistlebarrow Road.
From Railway Station (Pokesdown): A local station, is about 10 minutes walk from Dean Court. However not all trains stop here. Turn left out of station, and left down Clarence Park Road. This leads to the edge of the park. Turn left into park, and the road leads round to the ground. The ground is visible along the route.

Car Parking:
There are two good car parks right by the ground, one run by the club and the other by the local council.

Pubs:
The AFC Bournemouth Supporters club has a bar at the ground and it admits visiting fans for a small entrance fee. The beer is good and it is listed in the Good Beer Guide.
